What living between countries taught me about business

The assumptions we call universal rarely survive a change of market.

A question worth asking

A new market can change what people trust, how quickly they decide and what they expect from a relationship. A familiar sales process may stop making sense the moment it crosses a border.

The practical question is not whether a model can be copied. It is which parts are universal and which need to be rebuilt with local context.

What would change if we asked a better question?

NOTES FROM STASIA

LESSONS I LEARNED THE EXPENSIVE WAY.

On building valuable businesses, creating wealth, and designing a life worth living.

I started my first business at 16, sold it at 20, and spent the years that followed building, failing, travelling, and learning from people across the world.

Some lessons made me money. Others cost me money, time, relationships, and opportunities. All of them changed how I think.

NOTES FROM STASIA is where I share what I’ve learned and what I’m still figuring out.

START WITH THE FIVE LESSONS I WISH I’D KNOWN BEFORE MY FIRST EXIT.

Five lessons on business, money, ownership, and life that would have saved me years of mistakes.
